1. Dial the code *111# and check your prepaid balance. This will charge you Rs 0.24.
2. Dial 4446*2# to get an instant inquiry of your balance.
3. Send 4 on their whatsapp self service number that is 03003008000 after sending ‘Hi’.
4. You can also dial 111 helpline to hear the details of your balance that will charge you Rs 0.72.
