It is a general assumption while doing waist training workout that a waist trainer should be worn but is it right to wear waist trainer before and after workout? Answer to this is a straight NO!
Waist trainers provide no benefits to the body, instead it weaks the core muscles which not only affect the body shape but also lead to injuries. Long-term use of waist trainers can also lead to digestive issues and organ damage and so it is definitely not a right solution for weight loss.
