LLC or individual entrepreneur

Hi all. I'm thinking about starting my own business. While I can not decide in what format to open it. LLC or individual entrepreneur. What do you think?

If you are going to do business alone, a sole proprietorship is fine. The entrepreneur can work without employees and be responsible for everything himself. To open your own business with friends, you have to register a limited company. Then you can have up to 50 people as partners. I personally chose a limited company, as it would have been difficult for me to do it myself. Of course, it took me a long time to figure out how to form an llc in wv, but it all worked out.

It is better to be an individual entrepreneur, because this way you will not depend on anyone.
